Mission

The Kimberly Fails Jones Foundation, Inc. was initiated by Kimberly Fails Jones, a young breast cancer patient and two-year survivor who inspired many breast cancer patients and survivors while enduring her own journey of breast cancer. Today, Kimberly's parents, William and Edna Fails, continue her work through the Kimberly Fails Jones Memorial Foundation.

The KFJ Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to provide assistance and support to breast cancer patients who are in financial need. We also emphasize cancer prevention through the dissemination of literature and brochures, programs, and workshops. Each year KFJ strives to instill a spirit of hope and triumph in the community by hosting an annual celebration to recognize the victory of survivors who have overcome the challenges of breast cancer.

As a non-profit organization, KFJ promotes the general social, benevolent and charitable works of the corporation and conducts fundraising activities for distribution of proceeds to The Kimberly Fails Jones Foundation, Inc. and community projects. KFJ is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including for purposes such as various distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any further federal tax code.
